Margaret Ostrun, Registered Massage Therapist

Margaret has a real passion for Massage Therapy, the wellness of her patients and many years of experience. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2009 and has since been a Member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario as well as a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association.  Margaret has been part of the team at ReAlign Health for the past 11 years.

Margaret’s style combines the calming relaxation of rhythmic massage with deeper therapeutic techniques to relieve muscle tension and discomfort. She enjoys working with all age groups and has safely and effectively massaged children as young as 3 years of age and adults up to the age of 90.

Treatments are always geared with the patient’s needs in mind and feedback is encouraged with regard to comfort, pain tolerance and depth of pressure preferred during the massage.

Prior to becoming an RMT, Margaret spent 20 years employed in corporate environments in roles such as District Sales Manager (Retail Industry) and as a Corporate Recruiter.  She was a resident of Cambridge for 21 years and presently lives in the country-side of the St. Jacob’s region with her husband and two dogs.  In her spare time she enjoys power walking, travel, concerts and all that entails being a “foodie”.
