To the amazement of Dr. Mark & myself – IMMEDIATELY after just 1 HBOT session (1 hour) – I was able to get my arm a bit behind my lower back side. After 6 sessions (1 per week), I am now able to get my arm mid way up my back and lift it 3/4 of the way above my head.
I have a way to go before it’s back to normal but the HBOT has definitely helped me, immensely.
