Kimberley received her education in Massage Therapy from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) and due to their closure near the end of her program, she finished her education with Bryan College graduating in 2020 and she is a member in good standing with the CMTO. What drove her to become an RMT, was her passion for helping others.
Her clinical interests include deep tissue, sports massage, pregnancy, rehabilitation and general well being. As someone who grew up playing soccer and dancing, she realized how important movement is, especially at a young age.
In treatment she uses General Swedish Massage Techniques as well as advanced techniques such as Myofascial Release Techniques, Tripper Point Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Proprioception Techniques, Joint Mobilizations, Facilitated Stretches, Manual Lymph Drainage and Remedial Exercises.
In her spare time Kimberley enjoys being with her family including er two young children, gardening and going for hikes in our beautiful community.
